CarJam is currently experiencing issues affecting vehicle lookups across Auxo platforms. CarJam is investigating urgently, and we’ll provide an update as soon as more information is available.

Holiday Support Hours:

Holiday support hours apply between the 25th December 2024 – 6th January 2025, including statutory holidays.

SAM, Orion, Synergy, webSAM:

  • Business days, business hours (Monday – Friday): 8am – 5.30pm. 

Note: Charges apply for afterhours support. 

Systime

New Zealand: 

  • Business days, business hours (Monday – Friday): 7.30am – 5.30pm. 
  • Afterhours:  
    Weekdays: 6.30am to 7.30am and 5.30pm to 9.00pm. 
    Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays: 8.00am to 8.00pm. 

Australia: 

  • Business days, business hours (Monday – Friday): 7.30am – 4.30pm.
