Meet Jared, who has just joined Auxo as a Systime Software Consultant. Jared has arrived as a subject matter expert, to provide Systime customers with helpful, friendly and prompt support. Jared’s day-to-day is all about keeping our customers’ businesses moving forward smoothly and without worry. He’s been brought in to quickly resolve customer issues, answer any questions or queries, and to empower customers to make the most out of what Systime and Auxo has to offer.
Jared has spent the last 7 years with Spark NZ, contracted out to Air New Zealand to help provide them with their mobile device needs. So, he brings with him a wealth of experience working with some of NZ’s biggest businesses. One of the proudest moments in his career, was when he positioned as lead trainer/organiser when the borders opened, and Air New Zealand began ramping up again. Hundreds of flight attendants and pilots were just starting or had returned to work, and Jared helped 99% of them set-up their devices and get settled within the complex company systems.
Outside of work, Jared still loves his tech and is a gamer at heart. To unwind after work, he often boots up one of his favourites like Apex Legends, Baldur’s Gate 3 or Diablo 4. Life is all about balance, so when it’s a sunny day you might catch Jared on a good walk or catching fish from his kayak. The latter doesn’t always end in success, but it’s more about the journey than the prize. To scratch the creative itch, Jared also occasionally brews his own cider, or distills some whiskey, or vodka – something we’re all looking forward to sampling at the next Friday drinks.
Of course, we had to ask Jared what his dream car would be – without hesitation he said, “a ’67 Chevy Impala. It’s not practical, but it sure is a mighty thing to behold.”
