Meet the Crew: Subh, Customer Implementation Specialist - Auxo Software

Meet Subhradip, Customer Implementation Specialist, or should we say, customer champion! Subh has been with Auxo for just over two years now and is currently the project manager for the Azure Migration project.

Subh loves working at Auxo because he finds every day dynamic and engaging, filled with opportunities to learn and grow. His day typically involves collaborating with customers on ongoing projects, preparing for Go-Lives through system configuration, training, data and conversions, and assisting our support team with any urgent issues or escalations that arise. No two days are the same, which keeps things exciting!

The work Subh does is centered around our customers and making sure our software is fit for purpose. By addressing our customers’ needs and providing support during critical stages, Subh is able to help them unlock the full potential of our range of software management products. Seeing customers streamline their operations and succeed with our software is the best part of Subh’s job!

One of the biggest moments for Subh during his time at Auxo was being an integral part of the Azure Migration project. This massive piece of work will enhance the performance, security, and reliability of our software, and is a huge win for our customers. Subh and the team have been dedicated to ensuring a seamless migration with minimal downtime, and it’s been inspiring to see what they’ve achieved together so far.

Outside of work, Subh loves going for long morning drives —he finds it a really good way to relax and clear his mind. Often, he’ll end the drive with a good cup of coffee from one of his favourite cafes. When he’s not working hard or enjoying a scenic drive, you can find Subh exploring New Zealand’s amazing craft beer and food scene, especially if a Hazy IPA is involved! Of course, we had to ask Subh what his dream car would be and he’s got it all sorted down to the last detail: a Mustang Mach 1, in white with black cladding, and of course, it must be a manual – Pure perfection!
