Meet one of our Customer Success Consultants, Wesley, who’s been with us for almost a year. If you’re an Auxo Workshop customer, you might be familiar with Wesley’s friendly voice, always there to help assist new and existing customers with all their software needs.
Wesley’s typical day is all about making sure customers are satisfied, focusing on customer engagement, product support and team collaboration. He also spends time reaching out to new customers to introduce Auxo and find the best solutions for their businesses. Whether it’s a System Overview, product demo, answering your technical queries via Live Chat or an in-depth training session, Wesley is your guy for getting the most out of our software!
Often the first point of contact, Wesley is super important for building strong relationships and trust with our customers. He strives to be helpful and reliable, helping our customers with all their software-related queries. “I truly enjoy connecting with customers,” Wesley says. “Understanding their unique needs and learning about their future business goals helps me tailor solutions and make sure they feel supported on their journey with us.”
One of the most rewarding projects for Wesley so far has been the launch of Auxo Workshop. He’s been on the team since the early stages and has been super proud to help onboard new customers every week. He helped guide and support the Alpha/Beta trial customers, and has really enjoyed getting to know their business, understanding how they run their workshop, and helping feedback their insights to the product and development teams.
Outside of work, Wesley plays as hard as he works with a bunch of hobbies and interests including going on scenic walks around the waterfront, binge watching TV with a big bowl of popcorn, honing his skills on the violin and learning new languages. Already fluent in Portuguese and English, Wesley is also able to hold a conversation in Spanish and is learning French too! This skill comes in handy, as Wesley also loves to travel and is passionate about exploring new places, cultures and lifestyles. He loves to explore new cities, find hidden gems and soak in new landscapes.
As is custom, we had to ask Wesley what his dream car would be, which he said was a jet-black Range Rover, with a sunroof! With lots of room and a powerful engine, it’s perfect for any adventure, on or off-road.
